Environmental Concepts Landscaping, LLC (ECL) has been providing quality work to central PA for 31 years. Since being started by Brent Cummins in 1993, ECL has been focused on providing artistic yet
functional uses of plants and materials to help enhance your property. Professional design with environmentally friendly service is our goal.
ECL is a licensed Pennsylvania contractor and a grower of native and fine ornamental nursery stock. We practice eco-friendly sustainability through the use of organic fertilizers, soil conditions and composts.
